I'll mark this one in my journal with double stars...

She now can face forward in the car!
A pivotal moment in my life time!
We can actually drive some where with out her shrieking me into insanity!

I am not one for fancy words, that's my husbands job! I just want to tell everyone that I am so grateful for him and the sacrifice that he has made to protect our freedoms. I am grateful for his strength in character and in heart. I am grateful that he sees me as his divine princes and the way he worships me. I am grateful for his many talents, his good looks and strong chest! (yummy!) I am grateful for his skills at parenthood. But MOST of all, I am grateful for the love that we share!

Daddy....

I am thankful for DADDY!

Candy, Candy, Candy....

I can't believe that I am still posting picks from Halloween! It's because Chris was home, we took tuns of picks, it was AnaLea's birthday, and no interest in blogging at the time! So hear we go. My daughter and the left over candy that the tricker treaters didn't collect.

Daddy's girl...

AnaLea would not leave her father's side the whole time that he was home with us. Here, Chris is putting a bench together. Of course, AnaLea is assisting!

Thanks Camille...

Because I think this is SO funny, I must have officially LOST it, or I must be a mother! Yes, my baby girl is only a year old, but that doesn't stop the exposure. I actually would have to thank an adult Army Wife for this one!

Make up artist....

Her aunt decided to practice putting make on my baby girl!

Far Away...

This time, This place Misused, Mistakes
Too long too late
Who was I to make you wait
Just one chance
Just one breath
Just in case there's just one left'
Cause you know, you know, you know
I love you
I've loved you all along I miss you
Been far away for far too long
I keep dreaming you'll be with me
And you'll never go
Stop breathing if
I don't see you anymore
On my knees, I'll ask
Last chance for one last dance'
Cause with you, I'd withstand
All of Hell to hold your hand
I'd give it all
I'd give for us
Give anything, but I won't give up'
I forgive you
For being away for far too long
So keep breathing
'Cause I'm not leaving you
Believe it Hold on to me,
and never let me go.

Pumpkin Patch...

Being the young and new family that we are, I think it is so much fun to recreate and combine old family traditions. Even better, come up with our own. This is one of our traditions that Chris and I can call our own. Going to a "real" pumpkin patch and each person picks out their own pumpkin.

Happy Birthday Dad...

The Roof...

Chris took me to the Roof for dinner. He surprised me with reservations for the table with the best view and a beautiful bouquet of flowers! To top it off, some one payed for our dinner. I guess having a soldier home on leave has more then one benefit. I love my GI JOE so much!

Dedication to my Sweethearts

Well this will probably be the last opportunity to write on this because my computer is a government computer and will not let me get on these blog pages. I just wanted to tell my wife and daughter how much they mean to me. I love them with all of my heart and feel completely empty when we are apart. My wife is my strength. With her in my life I find that I can keep going through any obstacle. She motivates me to be a better person. She is my example. I see her and want to be like her. She melts my heart with her smile and kindness. Her beauty captivates me. She is like my life line, I need her to survive.
AnaLea is my little goose. My little bundle of energy. She is a sweet little girl. She makes me so happy and want to be a better person so that I can be the best Dad I can be. I love being her daddy.
These are my girls and I love them very much.

This is for the "Army Wives"...

This is for my fellow Army Wives. This is for having the strength to watch your heart walk away.

Its been a while...

So its been a while since I have update this blog. I hope I didn't loose too many of you guys! I do have a valid excuse. My GI Joe has been home on leave, for two weeks, and I have been spending every waking moment with him! We did so many wonderful things and nothing at all, all at the same time. Can you believe that!?! But alot has happened. Of course there was Halloween and then there was AnaLea's birthday. Yes, my baby turned one on Halloween! I have a lot of pics...but I will post them up later. Ta, ta for now!
